Good's, Italian eyewear with its feet in history and its eyes on the future

All Good's collections are inspired and guided by a love of history, art, and architecture. They are produced exclusively in limited editions—90 pieces per color—in keeping with the numbers of the Neapolitan Smorfia.

THE ARCHITECTURE COLLECTION

The first collection, Architecture collection, is a tribute to the architecture that inspires it, seeking a balance between function and aesthetics.

All the eyewear models, in different colour variations, are inspired by architecture and named after illustrious architects who have worked both in Italy and abroad.

The homage to architects is not limited to the mere naming of the models, but also extends to the design intent to reinterpret and re-propose some of the architect’s salient features in the aesthetics and manufacture of the eyewear.

THE FONT COLLECTION

The second collection launched by the brand is the Font collection, where each model takes the name of a font and reinterprets its history and characteristics, reproducing the proportions of the thicknesses and curves of the letters. Thanks to sticks, body and eyelet, ascending and descending temples, arm and leg, belly and tail, all the peculiarities of each font are studied, interpreted and reinterpreted in the design of the model of the same name.

The design of the glasses is therefore an exercise in pure design, without compromising on the fit of the glasses, one of the distinctive features of Good’s models, which always strive to achieve a balance between functionality and aesthetics.

BIO-ACETATE AND EXCLUSIVE COLOURS

All frames are made from Mazzucchelli M49 bio acetate, hand-polished, fully recyclable and biodegradable, without chemical additives to prevent allergic reactions.

The acetate sheets are made according to the creative design in terms of both colour and shape. The double colour is obtained by means of a two-layer M49 cellulose bioacetate extrusion, without gluing, with an 80/10 front, consisting of a 10/10 opaque top and a 70/10 transparent base.

It is not just about colour, but about ideas, in the firm belief that the aim is to choose without compromise because art is beyond representation.
