All-inclusive stand packages for your opti presence
Everything included, everything taken care of: opti’s practical ready-to-use stand packages include stand construction, technical equipment, furniture and lighting, while keeping planning requirements to a minimum. All you need to bring are your exhibits and your branding.
Opening hours and address
opti 2027 will take place at the Munich Exhibition Centre from 29 January to 31 January 2027 and has the following opening hours:

Set-up and dismantling
No passes are required for set-up and dismantling. This applies to both exhibitors and stand construction companies.
Setting up:
from Tuesday, 26.01.2027 from 07:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.,
Wednesday, 27.01.2027 from 07:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.,
till Thursday, 28.01.2027 from 07:00 a.m. at the latest 06:00 p.m.
Dismantling:
from Sunday, 31.01.2027 from 05:00 p.m. continuously
till Monday, 01.02.2027 at the latest 05:00 p.m.
Delivery address
Please make sure that you or a contact person from your company is available on site to receive your delivery.
