Visitor ticket necessary

GHM Leads works exclusively with visitor tickets for the respective event organised by GHM Gesellschaft für Handwerksmessen mbH. It is not possible to create leads manually or to scan business cards.

How do I book GHM Leads?

GHM Leads are booked via the Lead Tracking package in the GHM Exhibitor Portal. This contains user licences for creating up to 30 user IDs for the app. Only the user IDs actually used at the end of the event will be billed.

Administration takes place via the Exhibitor Ticket Portal.

Which administrative functions are available for GHM Leads in the Exhibitor Ticket Portal?

  • Creating and distributing user accounts for the GHM Leads app
  • General configuration of the GHM LEADS app
  • Definition of visitor interests to be queried for the GHM LEADS app
  • Upload and management of documents for automatic sending to captured leads
  • Live monitoring of lead tracking activities via the admin dashboard
  • Up to 2 months download availability of all captured leads and data

What is possible with a GHM Leads user ID?

  • Logging in to the GHM LEADS app
  • Scanning visitor tickets with automatic query of the data provided by the visitor during registration
  • Adding contact details
  • Querying visitor interests
  • Entering text notes
  • Sending documents directly from the GHM LEADS app to contacts

GHM Leads: Part of the Exhibitor Ticket Portal

The GHM Leads Admin function is now a permanent part of the Exhibitor Ticket Portal and is available to all exhibitors.

  • Can be used after ordering and activating the GHM Leads package in the Exhibitor Portal
  • Standard provision of 30 user licences for creating app user accounts
  • Billing based on user ID (identical to the user ID in the leads capture process at the trade fair)
  • Use of a user ID included in the package price

What visitor data is available to you?

You receive a real-time overview of the contacts recorded via the leads function in the GHM Exhibitor Ticket Portal. You can analyse the data in the dashboard according to your criteria and download it for further processing.

The following visitor data is available to you:
(Note: on-site ticket purchases may be anonymous)

  • Personal data: Title, form of address, first name and surname
  • Company data: Company
  • Contact details: E-mail
  • Address data: Postcode, town and country
  • Interests and evaluation: Answers to your individual visitor survey
  • Assignment: Which lead was recorded with which user ID

The lead tracking service and support is available to you by e-mail support@leads.ghm.de, by telephone (+49 89 189 149 560) and in person during the trade show at the exhibitor help desk in the entrance area.

FAQs

You can make all admin settings in the Exhibitor Ticket Portal under ‘LEADS’. You can also create all the necessary users for your stand personnel there.

If you subsequently require additional user licenses, contact support.

At leads.ghm.de you can make all settings with your GHM LEADS admin account.

There you can log in with the access data sent to you and create users. You can also upload documents to send to the leads, define the categories that can be assigned to the lead and carry out various evaluations and downloads of the recorded data.

You can download the “GHM LEADS” app for IOS or Android from the respective app store at any time.

Please make sure that you have the latest version of the app installed before the event.

You only need your own company devices: smartphone or tablet for the GHM LEADS app and notebook for administrative settings in the Exhibitor Ticket Portal.

Please ensure that you can install the GHM LEADS app on your company devices.

You will be invoiced for the lead-tracking service with the final invoice after the trade show.
