Eye Health: Clear Vision Through Smart Prevention
In the age of digitalization, the way people use and strain their eyes has fundamentally changed.
Long hours in front of screens, working with multiple monitors, and a culture of constant availability via smartphones have led to a significant increase in eye-related complaints such as digital eye strain, dry eyes, headaches, blurred vision, and a rising prevalence of myopia among young people due to continuous near work.
Recent studies show that more than half of all office workers suffer from symptoms of digital eye strain, which negatively affects concentration, productivity, and overall well-being. Prevention and everyday habits play a crucial role in protecting eye health. This lecture provides an overview of these issues, including practical eye exercises for daily life.
