Undergraduate degree programme Optometry / Optical Device Engineering

We are the only degree programme in Germany that combines engineering studies with skilled craftsmanship and optometry training – and all in just seven semesters (3.5 years). Upon completion of the programme, you will receive a Bachelor of Engineering degree. The programme can be tailored to your individual needs and can be completed on a full-time, part-time or dual basis – there are various options available, depending on what suits you best.
The course takes place both on the green campus of the Brandenburg University of Applied Sciences in Brandenburg an der Havel and in the newly designed and equipped training centre of the Brandenburg Guild of Opticians and Optometrists in Rathenow, the city of optics.
