The EyeVis founding team has been nominated for the opti VISIONARY Award and is among the most innovative start-ups.
We’re ready to take home the opti VISIONARY Award. Claus, Norman, and Damian are shaking up a long-stagnant optics market with AI, smart software, and real high-tech power. EyeVis turns vision tests into a smart remote product and brings preventive eye diagnostics into the AI era.
With EyeVis taking the stage in the opti VISIONARY area, a start-up enters the spotlight that redefines ophthalmic optics beyond traditional eyewear. At its core is a scalable, digital remote vision testing solution that makes modern eye diagnostics location-independent and ready for mass adoption.
What sets EyeVis apart is the fusion of medical excellence and high-tech software. The solution is clinically grounded, technologically robust, and immediately deployable: making it ideal for corporate health programs, telemedicine, insurance use cases, and international markets with strong preventive care needs.
The opti VISIONARY area in Hall C3 provides the perfect setting to showcase this vision.
Dr. AI Doctor Clara guides you step by step through the vision test and steps in if something isn’t right.

A core feature of EyeVis is its integrated AI Doctor Clara, which consistently guides users through the entire vision test. It starts with clear instructions, explains each step, and ensures the test is performed correctly from the very beginning. During the test, the AI Doctor monitors the process in real time. If it detects errors, uncertainty, or deviations, it intervenes immediately! Pausing the test and providing precise corrective guidance. The user is actively redirected until the test is completed cleanly and produces medically usable results. The result: reliable, reproducible vision tests without the need for on-site specialists. Fewer dropouts, reduced support effort, maximum scalability and medical-quality diagnostics that work remotely. |
VisionGuard.net
VisionGuard.net is a digital platform for standardized vision tests and remote screenings: without the need for additional hardware. The solution runs directly on smartphones, tablets, or notebooks and is specifically designed for use in occupational health pre- and post-care.
Occupational physicians can efficiently, location-independently, and reproducibly assess visual performance as part of preventive examinations, follow-up checks, or regular screenings. Test results are documented in a structured manner and enable clearly defined medical follow-up processes in case of abnormalities.
The platform supports both on-site and remote use cases and integrates seamlessly into existing occupational health workflows. Its goal is to detect visual impairments at an early stage, reduce risks, and make preventive eye care simpler and more scalable for both companies and employees.
