CNXT® smart offers intelligent and automatic data exchange between all Rodenstock measuring devices – the DNEye® Scanner, the ImpressionIST® and the industry software in the optician's shop. This greatly simplifies the collection of all order-relevant, customer-specific data during a consultation and sales conversation and reduces the time spent on administrative tasks. Measurement data for evaluation, lens consultation and ordering is always synchronised in real time and can be accessed flexibly on all end devices.
In addition to the CNXT® smart module, CNXT® professional includes an innovative digital sales tool that guides opticians and end customers through the entire process of purchasing spectacle lenses, taking into account the optician's individual sales ideas. The software offers flexible, intelligent and visually appealing lens consultation for opticians. It is easy to use and can be customised.
The lens consultation offers appealing visual support for all relevant consumer decisions that need to be made during the consultation process, such as progressive zone designs, lens materials, colours and coatings. The software highlights the differences between the respective degrees of customisation of the spectacle lenses and the associated product performance and explains the biometric accuracy of high-quality spectacle lenses and their respective advantages. Once the consultation is complete, the data can be used directly to order lenses via the Rodenstock WinFit Reference® ordering software or via industry software.
In addition, the software enables consultations that are tailored to the individual lifestyle of the spectacle wearer. CNXT® professional is an innovative digital service from Rodenstock that enables individual product and price configuration. Opticians can show or hide prices. They also have the choice between RRP and individually calculated prices. CNXT® professional is an online software solution; CNXT® runs on Windows computers and iPads.
CNXT® is continuously being expanded with new and additional features and services that support opticians in providing individual advice to their customers and greatly simplify their day-to-day business.
