What will you do?
As a Sales Agent for Masunaga, you are the face of the brand in your designated travel region. You work independently in the field to further expand the brand's presence with top independent opticians. Your responsibilities include:
- Proactive Client Acquisition: You engage potential customers and inspire them with the unique quality and positioning of Masunaga.
- Relationship Management: You visit existing clients, provide first-class service, and ensure their collections remain up-to-date and are expanded when needed.
- Strategic Support: You advise opticians with ideas to boost Masunaga sales and collaborate closely with our marketing department.
- Trade Show Representation: You actively participate in international trade shows and professionally represent the brand.
- Achieving Goals: With your passion for sales, you meet your objectives and leave a lasting impression for the brand in Germany.

- A professional attitude and the ability to act as an ambassador for Masunaga.
- Passion for sales and an affinity for the optics industry.
- The ability to work independently, as well as a willingness to collaborate with other German sales agents and our internal teams (Customer Service, After Sales, Marketing, and Management).
- A results-oriented mindset and a keen understanding of commerce.
- Willingness to travel within your region and actively participate in international events and trade shows.
