Do you have an evening event planned? We have the following information for you: Access is only possible for your invited guests with a valid entrance ticket. Voucher codes for entrance tickets can be found in the Exhibitor Ticket Portal.

IMPORTANT: Please inform your guests that access to the exhibition grounds to participate in the evening event must take place during the regular opening hours of opti 2026 (until 7 p.m.). After that, access is no longer possible.

1. YOUR EXHIBITOR PASSES FOR YOUR BOOTH STAFF

Your exhibitor passes are available for download in your Exhibitor Ticket Portal, right after your participation invoice has been paid. You will receive the participation invoice in October 2025. Additional fee-based passes can also be ordered online and downloaded directly.

The number of free exhibitor passes available to you and your staff depends on the size of your stand. 
You will receive: 
-> Stand space up to 20 sqm: 3 free exhibitor passes
-> Stand space up to 100 sqm: 1 additional free pass for every additional 10 sqm or part thereof
-> Stand space over 100 sqm: 1 additional free pass for every additional 20 sqm or part thereof
You can obtain additional exhibitor passes through the portal after the download of the free quantity.

2. UNLIMITED NUMBERS OF VOUCHERS FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS

Invite all your customers to opti 2025 with a voucher code for an entry ticket. As our exhibitor, you can distribute an UNLIMITED number of the voucher codes. Best of all, the costs are already included in your participation fee. Get your online ticket vouchers at the Exhibitor Ticketing Portal

Your benefits: 
- Arrange your appointments with your registered guests before the trade show starts. 
- Easy download of the visitor data. 

Available as CSV numerical code for integration in your advertising materials – immediately available as download.

What do you have to do?

FIRST: Please log in to your Exhibitor Ticket Portal and order the desired number of voucher codes for your visitors. Multiple orders are possible.

Order as follows:

  • via the section "Voucher management"  
  • "Add or edit order" and select "Voucher list" 
  • give the order a name (e.g., customers area_xx)
  • select "3-Day Ticket Voucher" and enter the number of voucher codes 
  • directly afterwards, you can download an excel list with the voucher codes.

SECOND: Distribute the voucher codes by e-mail or via your sales representatives or other colleagues who are in direct contact with your customers.

THIRD: With this sample invitation you can invite your customers to opti.  

➔  IMPORTANT NOTICE: The visitor ticket shop will be available from late October. You may already distribute the voucher codes, but they can only be redeemed once the ticket shop opens.

What does your customer have to do?

FIRST: Simply click on the voucher code. The code will automatically be stored in the Online Ticket Shop. If the customer receives the code on a printed medium, they must enter the code manually in the Online Ticket Shop at https://tickets.opti.de

SECOND: Register in the ticket shop to receive the valid entry ticket (the code is not the valid entry ticket itself!).

THIRD: The customer receives his 3-day ticket for a free visit to opti 2026.

FOURTH: The ticket can be brought along digitally on the smartphone or also in a printed version.

Your advantage as our exhibitor:

In the Exhibitor Ticket Portal there you can see which customers are redeeming your voucher codes - even before the trade show. Take advantage of this insight and make an appointment at the show right away. Perfect for your trade show preparation and follow-up!

By the way: via opti Platform your customer can also contact you to request a voucher code from you. Use this valuable touchpoint in the run-up to the trade show.

Please observe the regulations regarding the volume of music at your stand. The maximum permissible volume at the stand boundary is 70 dB; please direct loudspeakers towards your stand. In the event of any disturbance, please contact your neighbors or the project management. In the event of non-compliance, the power to your stand may be switched off temporarily.

Important: please remember to register the playing of music at your stand with GEMA before the start of the trade show. You can find an overview of the rates and the registration form here.

Please note that stand constructions higher than 3 m, stand areas of 100 m² or more as well as two-storey stands and stand covers must be approved at least 6 weeks before setting-up.

Please remember to order a parking pass in good time to park without any problems. Parking passes cannot be downloaded but will either be sent by our parking operator APCOA or can be collected on-site at the set-up.

Outside the regular opening hours, photography and filming are only permitted when accompanied by security staff. Please notify us of your requirements in good time: Messe München, Department Security, Logistics and Traffic, e-mail: security@messe-muenchen.de.

Please note that photographs and films will be taken during the trade show on behalf of GHM.

We recommend that you do not leave your exhibition stand - with its valuable exhibits - unguarded. You can book professional security staff for this purpose. This investment is worthwhile in any case to protect your goods.

The temperature in the exhibition halls will be 20 degrees. We kindly ask you not to leave the doors of the exhibition halls open unnecessarily. In this way, the temperature can be kept stable. Thank you very much.

Booking your official trade show media for presence in the new opti Platform, opti MAP and on site orientation plans is done online via the opti online ordering system. ​

opti Platform - The digital platform
From the classic exhibitor directory to the digital platform for the optical industry 

With the opti Platform, opti is launching a digital platform that replaces the conventional exhibitor directory.  The opti Platform works like a content platform and offers you the opportunity to reach visitors online before, during and after the trade show in a targeted manner, without scattering loss.​ 

​The focus is on your posts, which visitors can use to find you. You can use texts, images, videos and audio/podcasts in your posts and link them to one topic per topic group. With the selected topics, you determine which visitors you want to reach with your post.​ 

With the opti Platform, you attract more and the right visitors to your booth and ensure that they continue to hear from you regularly after the trade show. This way, with a 365-day presence, you achieve your trade show and marketing goals even more easily and effectively.

2. Content​ 
The opti Platform is based on the solution of Conteo, which is successfully used at a multitude of trade shows. The content team of Conteo will support you around the new digital platform: opti Platform. As soon as you have decided on a package in the opti online ordering system and have completed the ordering process, the onboarding with Conteo begins.​

Your way to the opti Platform
You can find all the options for your appearance in the opti trade show media - digital and print  in the opti online ordering system and book the services you want directly there. For this purpose, you will receive your personal access data by e-mail from the media partner for sales, NEUREUTER FAIR MEDIA.​​ 

Use this access data to login to the online ordering system and select your desired package. Please note that you will only be able to present yourself on opti Platform once you have completed this order process.​

Caution! Dubious providers, including hotel brokers and others who offer services in connection with trade fairs, regularly cause trouble for organisers and exhibitors. These companies offer supposed lists of participants for past or future trade fairs or send offer forms to exhibitors at German trade fairs, giving the impression that they are offering a free entry in the trade fair organiser's official list of exhibitors. However, the small print actually conceals high costs.

As exhibitors at our trade fairs, we would like to emphasise that these companies and their exhibitor directories have no business connection whatsoever with GHM Gesellschaft für Handwerksmessen mbH and our events.

We would also like to point out that you will only be contacted by our partner for trade fair media (opti MAP, online exhibitor directory).

If you have already signed a form in error or concluded other contracts, you should cancel these as quickly as possible or respond with a declaration of avoidance on the grounds of error.
