It all began in 2005 with a simple idea from master optician Jörg Bartsch to produce the perfect eyeglass spray. One that cleans streak-free and without residue, one that is made from natural ingredients, is suitable for all materials and that you can simply always have with you. Of course, the bottle should also be refillable and individually personalized.
The result was an internationally active company that manufactures the unique GLASKLAR customer bonding system for the ophthalmic optics and hearing acoustics industry.
Today, 15 employees work at two locations on an area of around 1000 square meters for around 5,000 opticians/hearing care specialists in 50 countries.
GLASKLAR has continuously improved its high production and quality standards with regard to sustainability. This has made the Cologne-based family business a trendsetter in the industry.
The in-house production of all GLASKLAR product components using 100% green electricity is the decisive factor on the road to greater sustainability. It is the only way to guarantee short distances and immense CO2 savings.
And it opens up more flexible options - an additional bottle size or even the customer's individual CI colors.
