Your responsibilities:

• Conducting eye tests and providing professional customer service;
• Identifying eye anomalies;
• Training and supporting the team in technical matters;
• If required: overseeing the technical operations of the store;
• Adjusting eyeglass frames for a perfect fit;
• Delivering excellent service and professional customer interactions.

Our requirements:

• Qualification as a master optician or a degree in optometry/optical sciences;
• Experience conducting professional eye exams using various methods;
• Familiarity with binocular refraction measurement techniques;
• Comprehensive knowledge of glasses, contact lenses, and other optical products;
• Experience in adjusting eyeglass frames for optimal fit;
• Ability to share your expertise with store employees;
• Customer- and service-oriented approach with strong communication skills;
• Native-level German skills (basic English preferred but not required).
