Your responsibilities:
- Conducting eye tests and providing professional customer service;
- Identifying eye anomalies;
- Training and supporting the team in technical matters;
- If required: overseeing the technical operations of the store;
- Adjusting eyeglass frames for a perfect fit;
- Delivering excellent service and professional customer interactions.
Our requirements:
- Qualification as a master optician or a degree in optometry/optical sciences;
- Experience conducting professional eye exams using various methods;
- Familiarity with binocular refraction measurement techniques;
- Comprehensive knowledge of glasses, contact lenses, and other optical products;
- Experience in adjusting eyeglass frames for optimal fit;
- Ability to share your expertise with store employees;
- Customer- and service-oriented approach with strong communication skills;
- Native-level German skills (basic English preferred but not required).
